How it works

A clear process.
From first question to follow-up.

Understand the next step before taking it. AN helps organize the practical details while medical decisions stay with your healthcare providers.

01

Step 01

Share your needs

Tell us what you would like help coordinating, where you are based and when you may travel to China. Our standard form asks for a brief overview, not medical records.

Your part: share your priorities and questions.

02

Step 02

Initial assessment

Discuss the coordination you need, the questions that require clarification and the next steps available to you. A free consultation and a US$49 assessment are separate entry points.

Your part: confirm the scope and terms before choosing any paid service.

03

Step 03

Provider verification & proposal

AN helps review relevant provider resources, appointment requirements and available estimates, then organizes a proposed coordination path. Clinical suitability must be determined by the provider.

Your part: review options, ask questions and confirm clinical and financial details.

04

Step 04

Appointments & China-side coordination

After you choose your next steps, AN can help coordinate appointments and the timing of your visit. Clinicians decide care plans, testing requirements and any need for additional visits.

Your part: confirm bookings and travel arrangements before committing.

05

Step 05

Records & follow-up after travel

AN can help organize available records and navigate follow-up connections after you return home, including back in the United States. Your providers remain responsible for medical advice and ongoing care.

Your part: agree on follow-up with your clinicians and keep copies of your records.

Who does what

with clear responsibilities.

Provider introductions, appointment logistics, available cost information, English-language record organization and travel/follow-up navigation.

Clinicians decide

Diagnosis, clinical suitability, prescriptions, tests, treatment plans, risks and medical follow-up. Ask your provider about emergency and urgent-care arrangements.

You choose

Whether to proceed, which provider to use and which arrangements to accept after reviewing the relevant clinical advice, costs and terms.
