Why AN

Cost clarity

Understand the costs.
Then decide.

01

Separate the parts

AN coordination fees, clinical provider charges, travel and accommodation are distinct costs. Ask what is included in each estimate.

02

Know what an estimate means

Available estimates help you plan. Final clinical costs depend on the provider’s assessment and the services you agree to receive.

03

Confirm before committing

Review payment, cancellation and refund terms with the relevant provider or service before booking or paying.

Insurance verification

Ask the right questions
before you travel.

AN can help seek insurance information. Your insurer determines benefits, and a provider confirms its billing arrangements.

Verification is not a guarantee of coverage, direct billing or reimbursement.

A practical verification checklist

  • Confirm your plan’s overseas-care benefits and exclusions.
  • Ask about prior authorization, referral and provider requirements.
  • Check how payment and claims would work for the proposed service.
  • Keep written information and confirm any limits directly with your insurer.

Bring insurance questions to your consultation. Avoid sending policy documents or detailed medical information through the standard inquiry form.

A few useful answers

Confidence starts
with clear boundaries.

Can AN recommend a treatment or tell me if I need a procedure?

No. AN does not diagnose, prescribe or make treatment decisions. Your treating clinicians determine the need for tests, procedures and follow-up, including whether you are suitable for surgery.

Will my insurance cover care in China?

Coverage depends on your plan, provider and circumstances. AN can help seek verification, but cannot guarantee coverage, direct billing or reimbursement. Confirm benefits, exclusions, prior authorization and any claim requirements with your insurer before committing.

How are costs explained?

Ask for available provider estimates and a clear explanation of any AN coordination fees. Clinical charges, travel and accommodation may be separate. Estimates can change when a provider evaluates your needs; confirm final terms directly before agreeing to services.

Does AN guarantee results?

No. AN does not promise treatment outcomes, weight loss or the effectiveness of any service. Discuss expected benefits, risks and alternatives with the licensed provider responsible for your care.
