AN · Information & policies
Terms
Understand the role of this website and the services you choose.
Website purpose
This website introduces AN’s non-clinical healthcare navigation and coordination services. Its content supports general planning and does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not create a clinical relationship.
AN’s role
AN can help with provider introductions, appointments, available pricing information, English-language record organization, travel timing and follow-up navigation. AN does not diagnose, prescribe, decide treatment or determine whether a procedure or test is appropriate.
Free consultation and paid assessment
The website offers a free-consultation entry point and a US$49 assessment entry point. Before paying for an assessment, confirm its deliverables and applicable service terms. A coordination assessment is not a medical examination, diagnosis or treatment plan.
Bookings and payments
An inquiry alone does not confirm a booking, provider availability or payment. Review the confirmation supplied by the relevant scheduling or payment service. Confirm the service description, amount, currency, cancellation rules and refund terms before completing a transaction.
Provider and travel arrangements
Clinical providers determine suitability, clinical services and treatment plans. Provider fees, travel, accommodation and other third-party services may be separate from AN fees. Confirm their terms directly and review any provider-specific consent requirements before care.
Estimates and changes
Available estimates are planning information. Clinical requirements, availability and final costs may change after a provider assesses your needs. Ask for clarification of revised costs and arrangements before proceeding. Do not assume that a preliminary discussion guarantees a service, date or price.
Insurance
AN’s insurance assistance is limited to seeking verification. Coverage, direct billing and reimbursement depend on your plan and the relevant provider. AN does not guarantee any of them. Confirm benefits and authorization or claim requirements with your insurer.
Your information
Provide accurate contact and planning information. Do not submit medical records, scans or laboratory reports in standard forms. Read the Privacy Policy and the notices provided by any scheduling, payment or healthcare service you use.
Questions and service-specific terms
Use the contact entry to ask questions before agreeing to a service. Any additional written service agreement should identify the parties, scope, fees, payment and cancellation terms that apply to that engagement.
